Michael R. Hoover, the company's founder, was a licensed contractor credited with being one of the first ICF builders in North Florida. Unfortunately, Mike lost a long, hard fought battle with pancreatic cancer on June 26, 2010, but Maximum is proud to continue building upon his vision for the company.
Tim Tucker is a certified building contractor with unsurpassed experience in ICF construction.
Samantha Kilbourn handles most of the day to day operations of the company, including management and marketing.
